Crusade in marketplace near Lake Victoria. Note men behind John with Muslim caps. Three Muslims were won to the Lord on this day, plus many more! Afterwards, we hiked up the hill and dedicated a church building, partially completed, walking through rows of pineapple bushes with fruit heavier than you could carry. Brush arbor set up out in the bush area where the main source of income was making a form of liquor for resale. Men and women were set free on this day, praise the Lord! It was nothing for us to trudge through mud up over our ankles to reach a church to spread the Gospel. One day we encountered a coven of witches among the congregation! We had to pray in tongues for an hour to overcome the spiritual attack. But God began to move, and miracles took place, Hallelujah!! The ladies met with Dorris for teaching while John taught the men out under a tree. What a day we had, near Mombasa on the coast of Kenya. These two women were translators since some of the older women there did not understand English.
